Our Grand Suite includes 7,500 square feet of interior space, 10ft high ceilings, beautifully tailored ceilings tiles, crystal chandeliers and custom bar and lounge area.

CAPACITY:

Seats Up to 250 Guests | Standing/Cocktail Up to 300 Guests

VENUE RENTAL FEE:

Saturdays $5,100 | All Other Days $4,600

(175-300 guests add $400)

RENTAL HOURS:

7 Hours

All rental fees are based on 7 hours of time. Additional access time be available at $300 per hour. Venue closes no later than 1:00am  

1ST DEPOSIT TO RESERVE DATE:

$500 (non-refundable) and is applied to the venue payment balance

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

To secure your reserved event date on our calendar, a non-refundable deposit of $500 of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement.

We offer flexible payment plans  with the final payment of the remaining balance due approximately 10-15 days prior to the event.

Holidays accepts payments in the form of Zelle, Cash, Checks or Credit Card. A 4% administration fee is applied to all Credit Card transactions. Checks may be made payable to Holidays Events.
