GRAND SUITE- Seats up 250 Guests

Rental Hours: 7 Hours
Rental Deposit: Only $1000 down to Reserve Date (Non-Refundable)
Additional Access Time: over the 7 hours may be available at $375 per hour before Midnight or $750 per hour after 12:00am.

Open Bar: Provided by Holidays. $25 Per Person for 4 Hours
Bar Tickets: Provided by Holidays. $30 Per Person for 3 Drink Tickets. 50 Guest Minimum.
Ex. 50 Guests x $30pp = $1500
50 Guests x 3 Drink Tickets = 150 Drink Tickets
Bring Your Own: $1500 Includes Bar Rental Fee, Bartenders and Security
DELUXE SUITE- Seats up 110 Guests
Venue Rate: $4500
Rental Hours: 6 Hours
Rental Deposit: Only $500 down to Reserve Date (Non-Refundable)
Additional Access Time: after the 6 hours may be available at $225 per hour before Midnight or $450 per hour after 12:00am. Venue closes at 2:00am on New Year’s Eve.

Floor Plans of each suite space are available upon request.
We love working with all outside vendors, and can provide a list of recommended caterers, DJ’s, Photographers, Event Planners, Event Decorators, Bands, Entertainment and other suppliers upon request. All vendors must check out with the on-site coordinator prior to leaving.
Parking for more than 500 vehicles is available on the property. We do offer parking pick up services. We do not offer parking valet services, but this may be needed for large, formal events. You are welcome to hire a valet company at your own discretion.
Holidays will provide bartenders & security for all events serving alcohol. An average of one bartender is used for every 75 guests. Bartenders will keep all bar tips.
Holidays offers catering services starting at $35 per person with a minimum of 50 guests. This cost includes choice of two meats, one side, one veggie, salad, dinner rolls and beverages. In addition, this cost includes food servers & bussers, elegant disposable china dinnerware and clean up.
Clients may use outside caterers for a fee: $75 for the Deluxe Suite & $150 for the Grand Suite.
Our Grand Suite has access to our catering warming kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with commercial refrigerator & freezer, double sink, stainless steel prep tables, microwave and food warming cabinet.
The Deluxe Suite provides limited access to our catering warming kitchen. It is furnished with a sink, shelving, microwave, and a food warming cabinet.
Both Suites: Please note that ice machines are not available; guests are responsible for supplying their own ice. Onsite cooking is strictly prohibited!
Security officers will be provided for all events where alcohol is served. The venue provides the security officer(s) and the cost is covered in the bar rental fees.
Holidays does offer rate discounts for multi-day events. Discounts are determined based on event type and needs.
Several hotels are located within a 10-20 minute drive. We have partnerships with local accommodations and can provide recommendations and special rates for your guests. Information will be provided upon contract sign up.
All payments made to Holidays Event Centers & Catering are strictly non-refundable! This policy applies to all circumstances, including cancellations for any reason, unforeseen emergencies, death, or acts of God. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts that no refunds will be issued, regardless of the situation that leads to the event’s cancellation or if client changes their mind.
A non-refundable deposit fee of $500 is required to secure your date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance.
To preserve our facility, we prohibit the use of open flames, confetti, glitter and nails or adhesives that may damage surfaces. All décor plans should be reviewed with our staff prior to the event.
